Build strength, improve balance, and get your whole body moving with this 25-minute yoga flow. You’ll begin with gentle standing mobility to prepare your legs, hips, and spine, then move through poses that challenge your balance while strengthening your legs, glutes, core, and shoulders. The sequence gradually becomes more dynamic before transitioning to gentle back and hip work on the floor. A slower finish helps release tension and bring the body back to a relaxed state, leaving you feeling stronger, steadier, and refreshed.
