Phase 1
Phase 1 of the Beginner Challenge has a 4-week duration and the goal is to take you from beginner to intermediate. Each week you’ll complete 3 workouts and 2 yoga flows to strengthen your muscles, tendons, and ligaments and increase your flexibility.
