Pumpkin Spice Green Tea Latte Recipe
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 3 min | Serves: 2
Pumpkin Pie Spice
+ 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
+ 1 tsp ground ginger
+ 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
+ 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Green Tea Latte
+ 1 cup filtered water
+ 1/2 tbsp green tea leaves
+ 1 cup milk of choice
+ 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
+ 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (DIY recipe here)
+ 1 tbsp honey
To make the pumpkin pie spice: Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months.
To make the green tea latte: Bring the water to a boil, then pour hot water over the tea leaves and spices. Let infuse for about 10 minutes, strain, and pour the tea into a saucepan. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and honey, then stir and bring to a simmer. Take the saucepan off the heat and pour into 2 mugs. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon. Enjoy!
