+ 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
+ 1 ripe banana (mashed)
+ 1/2 cup water
+ 2 tbsp animal gelatin powder, unflavored
+ 2 tbsp raw honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)
+ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
In a small saucepan, heat the water over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling, gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm water, whisking continuously until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
