Moroccan Spice Mix Recipe

+ 2 tsp ground nutmeg
+ 2 tsp ground coriander
+ 2 tsp ground cumin
+ 2 tsp ground ginger
+ 2 tsp turmeric
+ 2 tsp cinnamon
+ 1 1/2 tsp paprika
+ 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
+ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
+ 1 tsp cardamom powder
+ 1 tsp ground jamaican pepper
+ 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Use immediately or make a bigger batch and store in a glass container for up to six months. Enjoy!
