Healthy Apple & Cinnamon Bread Recipe
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 40 min | Yields: 15 slices
+ 1 cup coconut sugar
+ 1 cup oatmeal flour
+ 1 cup whole spelt flour
+ 1 tsp baking powder
+ 1/2 tsp sea salt
+ 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
+ 1 egg
+ 1 cup Greek yogurt
+ 1/2 cup coconut oil
+ 1 apple, diced and peeled
Toppings
+ 3 tbsp coconut sugar
+ 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Combine sugar, flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. Beat egg, yogurt, and oil until combined. Add dry mixture to wet and mix well. Fold in diced apples and scoop mixture into a greased baking tin. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean. Enjoy!
