5-Minute Gut-Healing Miso Spread Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 0 min | Yields: 1 1/2 cups
+ 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
+ 2 tsp miso paste
+ 2 tbsp tahini
+ 3 tbsp olive oil
+ 2 garlic cloves
+ 3 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
+ sesame seeds, for sprinkling on top
Simply blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy with crackers and/or cut veggies. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
